At SWELL Supported We Live Life our mission is to reach out and connect with cancer patients throughout the Fermanagh area and provide the ‘Social Medicine’ of peer to peer, face to face support and the advice they need. By leaving a gift in a will this will facilitate us to give to the future by making make long-term plans to support those affected by cancer in the Fermanagh area.
